Regulatory and Service Limitations
For the avoidance of doubt, the Company expressly clarifies that:
- It is not a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or regulated lending institution
- It does not provide loans, credit facilities, or financial products directly to users
- It does not approve, reject, or influence any loan or credit application
- It does not perform underwriting, credit risk assessment, or eligibility determination for lending purposes
- It does not act as a credit decision-making authority on behalf of any third party
Any credit-related decisions, including approval, rejection, or terms of credit, are solely determined by the respective financial institutions or lenders, and the Company has no control over such decisions.
3. Eligibility
To access and use the CredBuddha+ Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age
- You must be competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872
- You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and during continued use of the Platform

- Ensure that all activities conducted through your account are authorized and lawful

- Promptly notify the Company in case of:

- Suspected security breach
- Misuse of your account
10.2 Prohibited Activities
You shall not, directly or indirectly:

The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.

- Offers, new features, or partner services (if introduced in future)
Such communications shall be sent only with explicit consent, where required.
12.3 User Control & Opt-Out
You have the right to manage your communication preferences:
- You may opt-out of non-essential communications at any time through:
- App settings
- "Unsubscribe" links (for emails)
- Or by dropping the relevant opt-out communication to our Support team
- You acknowledge that opting out of certain communications may:

- Loss of business opportunities
13.2 No Warranty
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy or completeness of information
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
13.3 Limitation of Monetary Liability
